Unfortunately its far worse, and its very hard to know what to do. I'd be tempted to do nothing just yet. They've played somewhat better recently. They're unlikely to go down. To change now would be to flirt with basket club territory. In any event, none of us know what's going on internally, how the players feel etc- that's the point where you need and rely on a serious good head at the club.
Again, unfortunately.... I'm not sure we have such a person. I'm reasonably sure knipntuck isn't him.
