When an organization is having problems IMO

you look upwards rather than down. This is a very poorly constructed squad and that would be on Knapper and the scouting department. I would think it would be far cheaper to dismiss Knapper rather than Manning and Manning has proven success with Bristol while Knapper has proven nothing. Attanasio should be looking for a SD now to coordinate with Manning for the winter window. And also have a look at what is going on with the scouts. Seems like they are overthinking things. Just start piling resources into watching League 1 and finding players ready for the next step.
