I feel through his and the clubs approach to transfers over the summer they have seriously screwed up our chances over the last two seasons and appear to have learnt nothing.

Sheffield United got in 4 or 5 players early last summer and made such a good start to the season they had promotion in the bag by about October. We on the other hand bring in players late (or fail to bring them in then fill the gaps with loan signings) giving the team no chance to gel. It is a joke!
