And see an access denial. So i went to the York Press, which is a difficult thing because like most of football they have been sold off to the US.

Anyway the York Press allowed an image to be shared. But that's not enough for bastards like gobb, so here's a copy paste of the councillors unedited version of events.

"This morning, a York park was vandalised with racist graffiti including the swastika, a highly offensive slur for black people, and messages including ‘Imgrants go home’ (sic). This is the third incidence of racist vandalism in the space of three weeks, the other two both targeting the Chinese takeaway Dragon House, both of those instances including the message ‘go home’. We are saddened to hear about such incidents occurring in our city.

The goal of the initiative to fly international flags alongside the England flag was to ensure the message behind our own national symbol is clear: to show pride in our nation - a nation which has at many times and in many locations celebrated and enjoyed multiculturalism and diversity - by allowing symbols of the countless other nationalities represented in our city and student population to fly alongside the national flag.

However, this messaging hasn’t always been clear from Flag Force UK, on Facebook as York Flaggers and Litter Pickers, whose leader Joseph Moulton has stated to press that York is “not a global city” and “not an international city”, which betray the reality of a city in which more than 10 percent of the population are non-UK born. He was pictured on Tuesday together with associate David Armitage removing our international flags.

We invite York Flaggers and Litter Pickers to join us in condemning the three incidences of racist graffiti in Foxwood, and to show that they truly represent York by reversing Joseph’s earlier message - to say York is a global city, that York is an international city, which has benefitted from immigrant-run businesses and a thriving international student population."
