The recycling system is a bit of a shambles

But has upped recycling rates apparently.

Splott, Grangetown and Adamsdown have always been a bit shabby (but Splott - aka Roath Broadway - is going to be gentrified any day now).

Roath pretty much depends on the vintage of student I reckon.

Anyway, the bins aren't my remit I'm afraid to say.
