the "accrington" part is just the lancashire town.

the "stanley" bit come from stanley working men’s club in the accrington area, where the re-formed team (in the early 20th century) was based.

so it is tied to a place/building in a sense, but like port vale, it’s a part of a local club and not solely named after a building.
