Sent an email to them with questions - haven’t had response (see further)

Will admit they tried to call me but phone had flat battery but I asked for written response (and sent apologetic email)…

I am long distance ST holder with concession who lets my brother use my ticket when I CBA to attend. I don’t know whether he gets paid for use I certainly don’t!

My question was basically as I don’t know who will be using my ticket why do I have to pay for an upgrade when I am not using the ticket and once I have passed to my brother can he forward it on or have two tickets on one phone?

Want the answer in writing as am pretty sure that the solution will not work the first time my 5 year old great nephew tries to get in with my OAP ticket!
