It wasn’t cut-price.

The main factor was convenience. I live in a rural area and dropping a car off means I’m stranded… they promised to collect and return.

But you are absolutely right on one front. Anything I try to do these days always ends up like this. Whether it’s having new internet installed or a boiler service. You take the day off, wait all day and nothing happens.
