...went not entirely, but the Premier League as a product is hyped up so much from every quarter, that we all believe its the best league in the world with the best players, when its obviously not.

There are some World Class players, granted, but most of them are foreigners, and Rooney and Owen apart, very few of the top performers are English.

The question has to be asked, would Terry / Lampard / Gerrard / Ashley Cole etc etc be anywhere near as impressive in a mid table side, without the quality that they presently have around them?

For the majority of positions in the England side, there are better foreigners plying their trade in the Prem.

Either that, or Sven lacks any motivational skills whatsoever.
