If you want instant service at HT you will have to employ more staff (who will stand around doing nothing for half of their paid-hour). Will it be worth it if your pint is £7 and your sausage roll is £5?

If you want a better food offering at CR you will have to use more expensive ingredients and employ better chefs. Would you be happy if the pizza and burger were 10% more expensive?

It sounds like you want a better experience, so have you tried the Gunn Club or other hospitality areas?
