Had awful problems with Wanadoo

the connection was fine but had a really REALLY bad experience with customer service continually lieing to me and trying to fob me off. After dozens of letters and phone calls, I eventually had to get OFTEL onto them. Basically as with many of these companies they are fine until something goes wrong and then they are truely abysmal!
