I am disappointed that this is the second coach we have replaced under Knapper and both

times it is clear that he has not had someone lined up or clearly in mind at the time the club decided to pull the trigger on the current coach.

I get why they had to remove JHT but it was not unforseeable given the form over the second half of the season.

I think its one of the most important roles of the Sporting Director to have a plan in mind for replacement of the coach as and when it needs to happen so as to enable us to move quickly and decisively when we need to.
