I planned to have 1300 a day but skipped a meal whilst i was "on one"

I have a boring routine but it's worked so far.
Warburtons have that brown bread which is 54 cals a slice.

Daily routine goes
Breakfast
Probiotic Drink 50cal
1 x Slice Bread 50 cal

10am - 1 x Slice Bread 50 cal
12pm -1 x Slice Bread 50 cal
2pm -1 x Slice Bread 50 cal
4pm -1 x Slice Bread 50 cal
6pm -1 x Slice Bread 50 cal

8pm - Main meal usually Curry and veggies 350cals
2x Slice Bread 100cals

10pm Slice Bread.
Lots of water during the day too.

Original plan had another curry type rice meal at 6pm but I haven't had it.

My theory which has been working so far is to eat on a regular basis so i don't feel hungry.

When i get to the weight i want il add the extra meal in.
