I don’t think it’s experience we need per se

I think it’s players with more of a physical presence.

If we’re to persist with 4-3-3, we need to move away from this very technical approach in midfield and have more players that have a physical presence; more robust in midfield, more pace up front.

If we’re doubling down and on our strength being technical players (like we were under Farke), then we need to ditch 4-3-3.

Personally, I’d go with the former. Not sure it’s age and experience we need necessarily though.
