yes thats what will happen at first
but as players soon reach 5 booking or worse a lot quicker it will stop , managers will instruct the players differently
the time wasting and kicking the ball away type booking will be the first to go , then the ones for fouls ,though they wont disappear totally but will go down to a expectable level
