I do actually pay for the US services but....

the commentary is sometimes sub par.

Breaking the terms of services is not stealing per se if I am paying for it and the money is going to the club.
Good luck prosecuting me for something I paid for.

You could also argue the terms of service are also being broken the other way when the streaming fails to works correctly
