Try turning your body sharply to the left and see what happens to your arm. It moves backwards.

But it wasn’t a bent arm, there was little force and it hits him in the upper chest.

The little QPR cheat knew what he was doing going down like that and unfortunately it’s worked even better than he probably hoped for now. Hope he gets dogs abuse at Carrow Road in 3 weeks time.
