If you are going to start a f**king history argument with me then THINK. Atr the time you are babbling about, Iraq (or to be correct Mesopotamia) was part of the Ottoman empire, WHO WE WERE fighting. We did promise indepence to gain Arab support which was naughty but hey ho. Eventually (remember we were still a colonial power at this point) Britain helped establish (a slightly shakey) Iraqi government BUT it was obviously pro-British. Thats what everyone did! You cant compare the two as the world is a COMPLETELY different place, altered by two massive conflicts that saw colonialism in its traditional sense wiped away.

WE WERE A COLONIAL POWER! Not criticising or promoting the idea, but this is what almost ALL European countries did or tried to do.

So we didnt invade Iraq, it didnt exist, we invaded an ottoman province called Mesopotamia. Back to my original point, comparison of Blair to Nazi war criminals is f**king sick.

No go and fester in your feculence and bring your simmering bitterness at the world to the boil.
