no it doesn't

it means the jury don't believe guilt has been proven 'beyond reasonable doubt'. It does not mean the jury thinks the defendant did not commit the crime. They could well believe he PROBABLY did commit the crime but at the same time recognise there is an element of doubt which prohibits them finding him guilty.
