Do you remember reading about Boothroyd getting his players to practise penalties in front

of a crowd at one of Watfords games?

What a great idea, have the players under some sort of pressure instead of on acres of training grass knowing it means nothing scoring, or have them in front of a fans turning up early for a 3pm game and getting some sort of rapport from the crowd if they score or miss

England playing in front of 20,000, 30,000 and today 70,000 where the fans are all brilliant etc makes for nothing that they are going to get in Germany. I aren't saying they aren't used to it, but the whole point to to get them ready for these sorts of things

Everyone molly coddles theo walcott, yet he has been treated like a week old kitten so far in football, and he isn't ready for any action at all, despite what Sven or Wenger says
