I used to see Briggs link with Rivers in the reserves in a way that Eddy and Steeno used to, that has been lacking for some time down our right flank. Briggs was an exceellent crosser of the ball, un like Drury who doesn't work well with Hucks (brennan at LB was better) and cant cross to save his f**king life. He over hits it 90% of the time.

So yes, I think Briggs would have earned his money down the right better than Drury has down the left. When he was made captain it was another sign that Worthington didn't have a f**king clue. Anyone who thinks Drury was a good captain or would EVER make a good captain is on a different planet.
