West Ham signed quality while in the Championship, we signed Andy Hughes
It's valid comparison as West Ham built their team while in the Championship and strengthened when they got promoted.
Norwich have signed s**t football league cloggers like Andy Hughes so if we get promoted again we will still have a s**t base to build from.
