Because of this personal baggage we may have lucked into getting a quality coach that would normally have been snapped up by a bigger club.

Interesting that he mentions he still has a personal relationship with Southgate.

I hope he does really well over the next two games.

He did mention we would be more direct with less of the slower build up.
