this is the shizz. i'm thinking 20k each investment up front on kit and 10k each on peripherals like marketing, public liability insurance, uniforms, advertising yada yada.

this is the deal... we tap into the usa style low and slow bbq vibe that is all the rage at street food venues and festivals for the middle aged non veggy market place. we buy a truck and get it done out to look like a big old monkey (yup) and that and then do low and slow bbq smoked beef joints served up on a paper tray (recyclable) with some some overpriced sides and call ourselves "Chimp Brisket"! Genius or what? send me the money asp and this s**t is on...
