We don't need anyone to turn them into world beaters

We just need someone who can instill some confidence, energy and probably most importantly joy into them. The players look as fed up as the fans most of the time, even when we were winning games.

The players are good enough to get promoted. I refuse to believe that anyone can genuinely believe that Smith is getting the best out of Max, for example.
