But basically, he was lighting the fireworks. I was there, Augustus (he was the host), Yellalee, malkybarkid, Klobo, partners and others not on here. I may have missed people. Anyway, he lit one of those ones that lets off several shots into the air from a kind of box, but somehow it fell over after he walked away. Instead of moving to the side, he ran away into the line of fire, squawking.

If you’ve seen the YouTube video of the dachshund that grabs a firework and runs around strafing people, it was reminiscent of that.
