and I think it was borne out frustration that Webber refused to speak to them about his Everest interview *before* that headline was written. Not saying it was necessarily the right thing to do, but I understand it and a lot of fans had reacted badly to that interview. An argument that the paper was reflecting the views of its readership.

Anyway, I've had correspondence with those in the know today, and it's all a total f**king mess.
