The job Parker would be taking on here is harder than any of his previous roles. Bournemouth fans don't speak very highly of him.

I don't know enough about up and coming managers, but would Rob Edwards be a candidate? His Watford time is not something I would consider hugely relevant.

Or Steven Schumacher?

Or someone that has demonstrated their coaching credentials but not yet had a crack at being a manager.
