Personally, I'd drop Max as soon as we have a left back fit and put Byram on the right.

I'd play a diamond with Hayden at the base and Josh/Teemu up front, and I'd hope that this would allow the remainder of the midfield (however it's made up) to settle.

I'd like to think that this is Nunez/Sara/Gibbs - but accept that Kenny and Dowell may still have a shout.
