its my birthday today

glad city got the win.

Had a nice italian lunch.

Its also the end of my week without booze. needed to be done, I can be a heavy drinker. it so easily beomes a bad habit.

Surprised at how easy it was and how good I feel.

Anyway, its now time for a glass of something as its the weekend.
