told last minute about it all and we just kind of got on. He's kindly and fun, very plumberish though, like my friend Nobby. He's a plumber too. My point being is that he took time out to ring the Landlady and Agency on my behalf and explain everything which he didn't have to do. Just saying, he's on my christmas card list.
