Help at all and said they would work around me. Then the plumber came this morning (lovely chap called Danny), who took out the entire bathroom and floor. Then the agency said, 'we can still work around you', to which I emailed 'There's no bathroom or water. I'm not a bear willing to dump in the woods'. Anyway, sorted in the end and Tuesday isn't far off.
