I find it hard to think of a reason

beyond unfounded conspiracies, why the issues were with one set of fans at the game, but not the other.

And the only point I was making was that unless you formulate a plan that tackles how to deal with the 'tossers' then blaming the authorities won't help.

Whole thing is a recurring embarrassment (cf. the final at Wembley too)
