That's interesting because the attendances are only 10k

more than at CR. Baseball in the US has more sports competitors for bums on seats I guess, but the city of Milwaukee is 3x as populous as Norwich. So the commercial side of the business is a larger portion of the whole...something we can learn from perhaps?
