Without knowing what Ward actually does when we have a sporting director, commercial director, financial director etc etc it’s hard to know how easily replaceable her role (or that of any of the other Board members) is.

I’d expect a very swift reconstitution of the Board tbh and a proper CEO type role (possibly from the US operations)
