But to be fair....

Its not like his leaving would be a major shock or surprise.

And he has constantly mentioned succession plans when he does go.
I think there is zero chance the club is not prepared for this eventuality.

At the end of the day his power at the club is reflected by his success.
After getting promotion last season for the 2nd time his perceived worth was at an all time high.
If you were the ownership you would do everything in your power to keep such a person.
Because of this season failures, people are looking for a scapegoat.
He isn't God or the Devil.
IMHO he is a guy who is doing a job to the best of his ability.
