I dont get all the Webber hate.

I can fully understand having a pop at the recruitment in the PL (I think everyone agrees its just not worked out) but all the other stuff seems nonsense.

I think he has been pretty honest all along in saying his shelf life here at Norwich is going to be short and he has ambitions to do stuff outside of football.
He has been saying that stuff forever, even before this season.
Fans look at the club differently to what people who work there do.
Its a job. And being SD at Norwich is a tough one especially on a tight budget.
You are expected to work miracles when there are more and more rich owners in the game, making it harder and harder to compete.

Personally I think he has done a great job overall and wish him well if he wants out to take some time off.
FWIW Bill Shankly was wrong.
