Come into the equation in terms of considering if it’s a good situation for the club.

The “it’s for charity” thing changes peoples perspectives on the matter when it shouldn’t do because it’s clear he was doing it anyway.

I do think though there is an issue with a trustee of the CSF setting up a rival foundation to do more or less the same thing.
