seems to me. He's always had a massive ego and always been someone I wouldn't want to be my boss (too intense for me) but I absolutely recognise and appreciate the impact he's had on the club.

I was pleased to read the context about his mountain climbing stuff. He always said he was going to leave this summer and I buy the fact that he had plans to climb Everest. I was really pleased he signed the rolling contract - I think that is really important for us (and it's completely believable that he was asked to do so by Delia and Michael) So I wasn't surprised to read that he wanted to stipulate the climbing bit into it. (It's a bit like when my sister was asked recently to extend the contract for the three month project she was involved in, she was happy to do it but wanted Easter off as she'd booked a holiday)

I do understand the frustration of Norwich fans who are upset he's not more Norwichy but I came to terms with that ages ago. And he definitely needs to be challenged on mistakes this season - but this article wasn't about that.

Finally, if someone wants to criticise me for posting sensible, well thought out posts, I'll take that all day long. If someone wants to criticise me for posting at 10pm, bring it on.
