That's not possible.

Modern football is s**t etc... but these new qualification places aren't quite as unreasonable as they may seem.

Any team getting in this way has to finish immediately below all other qualifiers. So if it's a Premier League club, then 5th.

If a non qualifying team finishes higher than a historically successful tean (say Villa in 5th, United in 6th) then it can't happen.
