know exactly where you've been it's utterly soul crushing even the simplest stupid tasks turn into mount everests. we spent an entier day round there cleaning the other day the place stunk bad. cleaned all the carpets and done no end of cleaning and that and noticed he had no smoke alarms so bought a couple off of b and q as a gift and went round today and tried to fit them for him and he got angry and abusive then flipped and was all meek and nice and grateful and it's awful. but yeah, you just got to crack on. how are things with yours now?
