search "digital files" check "all filters" go to "country" select ukraine under "custom" and buy a digital file, the seller doesn't need to send anything to you as it's digital obvs, they get the payment into their account. caveat emptor obvs. etsy have also waived all seller fees for ukrainian citizens.
