Got off for using his phone at the wheel in a traffic jam on a technicality.

I'm torn here. I still think that bloke who rides around looking for wrongdoer's is a bit of a t**t whatever his backstory is, however it's more annoying that the law allows Lampard to buy his way out of it.

In summary, everyone is a t**t.
