exactly the same with Pure Planet going under and Shell Energy taking the account over. Lots of lovely (!) emails and DD collected each month - but no sight of a bill.
I reckon we are all in the same boat and will have to wait for the huge bills that are doubtless coming.
The financial impact on everyone, especially the vulnerable, is going to be massive - and will completely dwarf the "party" politics currently dominating the news.
