Avro Energy/Octopus customers
Anyone else on here that was with Avro and now with Octopus and yet to have a bill off them? Avro went tits up in September and customers were automatically transferred to Octopus. I didn’t get sent a final bill from Avro, didn’t have a DD set up with them (paid on invoice) and I didn’t have credit with them. I’ve been blindly paying money to octopus “on account” but wouldn’t mind a balance off them. It’s going to be a whopper I reckon
