I can't wait.

More into the science than the practical side of things so I can't wait! I remember when the launch was scheduled for 2007, so it's been quite a long wait through many delays!

Particularly interested in two areas of science that JWST will help with: the early Universe and exoplanets. Lots of stuff can be done on the former: the first stars, early galaxy formation, etc. Lots of stuff can be done on exoplanets, too, but I am particularly hopeful we can get some decent spectra of the atmospheres and, who knows, possibly some biosignatures!
