queued up in boots yesterday to collect a parcel, two absolute s**tehawks gave the people behind the counter some pretty scummy flak just because they could't get lateral flow test kits THAT THEY WERE ENTITLED TO because the GOVERNMENT SAID THEY WERE. "is it too much to think that you people would think to review your ordering process! really?" i couldn't work in retail.
