over an overcharge
Started the call getting offered nothing then once I’d said I was quitting they put it through to someone else who not only refunded the overcharged, but doubled the refund 🤷♂️
Would love to know if a company like sky has ever said ‘bye then’ and how low are the demands it isn’t willing to go
