I completely agree on two counts

One that confidence is massive in football and once its gone its very hard to get it back.

I also think that Farke's personality was so great that people were willing to forgive the fact he couldn't manage in the Prem. That has been evident on here.

The Leeds game was tight but there were no real signs that he could turn it around unfortunately. The football in that game was some of the worst we have seen under him e.g. all the long balls etc.
