He plays the players he bought who havent had a chance, in the formation he and the players know, and drops the out of form players (Mclean/Gibson) for those showing form (Oma) then I would suggest he deserves more matches. Crappy fixtures and Covid hiatus deserve that. But if he continues like he has done then we are toast. We have literally zero chance and will not score 15 points. We dont have the players for the current plan, and he needs to drop the underperformers. He should be fired after a loss on saturday where he doesn't demonstrate some awareness of what's required. I love him, but he lost faith in his system last time and it transmitted to the players. He cant be allowed to wreck this season again the same way.
